- Express your emotions by writing them on a blank paper. Write whatever you feel about a situation or a person. You write anything on that piece of paper. Then this piece of paper should be burnt to ashes or flushed. Keep a thought in your mind that all your negativity is also getting burnt or flushed with the paper.
